Car parked for 5 days a week causing obstruction to access the driveway, 10th May
The person who is not a resident park his car 5 days a week, which causes the obstruction to access the driveway and drive car out of the driveway. There is a road narrowing with bollards. He parks his car just next to this road narrowing. After requesting him, he is argumentative and he considers that he is legally right park as there is no yellow line even though the road narrowing is there.
