Not sure where this is coming from, seems to be from top of road where it curves left - a lot of water running quickly down hill to corner of Belgrave Rd. Some water across road surface. Broken pipe?

Damaged big crack on the retaining wall near Summerfield road, 30th April
The retaining wall at the end of Jacob's ladder n.3 turning into the Summerfield road has a big crack from top to bottom. the wall is 2 meters high and it might nor retain for much longer. That route is used everyday from small children and family attending St. Stephen's school. Please inspect and deal with the owner if the property if necessary

Old lady tripped over poor pavement surface here, 30th April
There's a missing bit of concrete next to the manhole cover, causing a raised edge.
There is also a thin strip of paving slab missing or sunken nearby (see arrows) that could also have caused the trip.
I saw the lady fall from a distance so not sure which one caused this. She fell onto both knees and was clearly in some pain as a result.

Bin hasn’t been emptied for a while it would appear. People are dumping poo bags and other waste around it now, looks awful and should imagine damaging to the ground. Has been this way for well over a week but collection of rubbish on floor has been last few days.

Abandoned vehicle, 29th April
This vehicle has not moved for 2 months, no one has been seen to visit the vehicle. It has 3 yellow tickets. It is now being vandalised with the wing mirrors kicked off. KF05 CXC. It is taxed and mot’d but I tried to ring the police to check if stolen but was referred back here. As this is now causing a neighbourhood vandalism problem please escalate it.
