Very faded double yellows, 1st May

Wed, 01 May 2024 09:56:54 +0100
51.390945 -2.369531

The double yellows have been repainted on the corners but the rest of the road is so faded that people are parking right up to the newly painted lines and making it impossible to get out of the access road. \please repaint the old lines and join them up with the new ones so that people stop parking on the double yellows.

Graffiti/paint on lampposts on Gravel Walk, 1st May

Wed, 01 May 2024 09:35:29 +0100
51.38762 -2.36464

The lampposts on Gravel Walk, leading to Royal Crescent, are covered in graffiti, white paint and stickers. They need repainting or at least thoroughly cleaning. This path is well used by tourists and locals alike and this easy fix would make it look so much better.

This is more of a sinkhole than a pothole, it's about 2 feet deep and it looks like the sides may collapse further. I think it's new this evening as I didn't see it earlier today.

In the road outside No16 South Lea Road, 30th April

Tue, 30 Apr 2024 14:19:16 +0100
51.391417 -2.399104

This pothole has been present for months and is gradually deteriorating. The existing flexible surfacing appears to be less than 100mm in depth and is founded on clay formation. I believe the existing road construction is unsuitable for the current bus and heavy goods vehicle traffic. The whole of the surfacing to South Lea and West Lea Roads have numerous potholes, cracks and very poor regularity leading to unsafe motoring and cycling conditions. When will these roads be completely resurfaced (rather than just patched and slurry sealed) like the works recently undertaken in Weston Park, Cranwells Park, Landsdown and elsewhere in Bath?
