Hedge blocking public footpath, 30th April
Hedge at the top of Lymore Avenue outside Oldfield Junior School has over grown and is now blocking the public footpath. Children are walking into the road to get past this hedge. This hedge keeps on being allowed to over grow and it’s going to cause an accident sooner or later. The hedge needs to be completely cut down.

Middle of the road about halfway up/ down, 30th April
This is more of a sinkhole than a pothole, it's about 2 feet deep and it looks like the sides may collapse further. I think it's new this evening as I didn't see it earlier today.

Pedestrian crossing button missing so isn't functioning, 30th April
On the north side of the pedestrian crossing opposite Piper’s Passage, the button has been stolen or vandalised and is missing, so the crossing cannot be operated unless you have something thin to push into the central opening to activate the switch, making it unsafe to cross.

Damaged big crack on the retaining wall near Summerfield road, 30th April
The retaining wall at the end of Jacob's ladder n.3 turning into the Summerfield road has a big crack from top to bottom. the wall is 2 meters high and it might nor retain for much longer. That route is used everyday from small children and family attending St. Stephen's school. Please inspect and deal with the owner if the property if necessary

Remove disabled bay outside 55 West Avenue, 30th April
There is a disabled parking bay here which I believe was installed for a previous resident who was disabled, but that person no longer lives there.

Old lady tripped over poor pavement surface here, 30th April
There's a missing bit of concrete next to the manhole cover, causing a raised edge.
There is also a thin strip of paving slab missing or sunken nearby (see arrows) that could also have caused the trip.
I saw the lady fall from a distance so not sure which one caused this. She fell onto both knees and was clearly in some pain as a result.
