Pavement slab partly lifted, causing trip hazard, 6th May
I have seen pedestrians, young and old, trip over this slab. I expect there may have been a few falls, as the lifted side of the slab is not always visible, depending on the light. Corner of St Michael's Road with Upper Bristol Road. A serious accident waiting to happen.

Re-surfaced and un-resurfaced, 6th May
First, congratulations the resurfacing of West Avenue is complete and like a billiard table. When I last spoke to a person in BANES I was informed that the bridge over the railway at the top of Brook Road would need to be closed to resurface. Well, the bridge was closed for resurfacing West Avenue but even with the Brook Road closure no attempt was made to resurface. We now hove Pot Holes in repaired Pot Holes and it is unsafe for cyclists and motorcyclists. A missed opportunity.

43 Cynthia road- morland road bath, 6th May
Hello I reported this issue last year but I didnt have an address, last year my self and my partner witnessed a man throwing garden waist on to the footpath that leads onto the liner foot path next to the breakfiels, this year he has continued to do the same thing and it looks like he is making a entrance to get to his back garden lots of the tress and shrubbery has been cut down and removed and he had continued to throught more and more garden waist on to the foot path, Ian not sure if they have permission to do this or not please could this get looked into as iam sure you are jot allowed to dump your waits on to a public space I have more photos of evidence I'd you would like them many thanks stacey

Green Park, overgrown along river, 5th May
The strip of land between Green Park and river does not seem to be part of any regular maintenance, it is completely overgrown. There used to be a nice hedge before the council "improvements", now you can't even see the river anymore

Water running around drain, 5th May
There is an ongoing problem of water seeping out of the grass bank. This is not flowing into the drain. Please would it be possible to cut out a channel to help the water drain away. At the moment it tends to run along the top of the car park and create mud and silt.
