I think there is a burst water pipe because there is a continual flow of water spouting from a grassy verge flooding a fair length of road surface. Even on dry days the water is continually flowing down the street. I'd say it's been an issue for at least 4 months? Address is Bylands Croft St Fergus Peterhead and I think the road number is: U31b
