Snapped branch ciuld have fallen on my child

The branch on tree outside my fence has snapped and fallen over into my garden. This could very easily have hit my granddaughter whilst she was playing in the garden. The trees need to be cut back ASAP as this is dangerous I will not be happy if a child gets injured
