Parking in-between the houses 23-25

The houses are all terraced and out only way out the back is a gate to the side of the alleyway.but cars.icecream van.etc park up the side of thses houses and we can't get access to our back gardens or put bins out..we asked for a skip and he said no I'm not allowed to park there because of access.so if he knows it why doesn't anyone else.i really think it needs a concrete stump or a gate putting there..bins have been missed a few times as we can't get passed.or if we have a large delivery...my shed had to come through the front door to get into my back garden..

A problem is getting worse and nothing seems to be done about it.The passageway linking Newmarket Road to Penrith Avenue is being used by balaclava clad motorcyclists involved in some form of gang activity.People use this passageway to travel to and from the Clock shop.There needs to be some type of obstruction like a guard rail to prevent motorcyclists accessing the land.A measure that won't affect pedestrians with visual impairments,disabled,elderly or mobility scooter and wheelchair users.The council don't seem to have an answer.

Pedestrian safety

The alleyway/passageway linking Newmarket Road to Penrith Avenue is constantly being used as a short cut for motorcyclists endangering all pedestrians who use it travelling to and from the corner shop.Over the years nothing has been done to prevent motorcyclists from accessing the land.Many motorcyclists are using this area of land to carry out criminality.Something needs to be done sooner rather than later before an innocent pedestrian is knocked down.The best solution would be guard rails and I taken into account the safety of pedestrians who are disabled and visually impaired.
