Entrance to top floor flats where bins go there is a major dumping of rubbish . Saw a rat
it’s disgusting. The bin men keep leaving the bins out and someone has tipped out the bins
Im writing to report a serious and ongoing issue at the entrance to the top floor flats, where the bins are located. There has been a major dumping of rubbish in this area, and it is rapidly getting worse. The mess is unsightly, unhygienic, and attracting vermin I personally saw a rat recently, which is extremely concerning.
It also appears that the bin men are consistently leaving the bins out after collection, and on top of that, someone has tipped the contents of the bins out, making the problem even more severe.
This situation is unacceptable and poses both a health and safety risk to residents. I urge you to take immediate action to: 1. Clear the dumped rubbish and thoroughly clean the area. 2. Investigate how and why the bins are being left out. 3. Address the fly-tipping and consider installing CCTV or signage. 4. Implement pest control measures to prevent rodent infestations.

Worn and/or non-existent roadmarkings
10th May
The roadmarkings at this junction appear to be heavily worn or are missing, which results in near misses due to vehicles drifting from own lane to the left or right into occupied lanes. Image is from satellite imagery so it is unknown how long this intersection has been like this. I suggest renewing the roadmarkings in the first instance followed by a review of the necessary markings.
