This is an ongoing issue, littering around the entrance to my building due to the bus stop proximity and commercial units like Starbucks, Asda, Aldi, M&S. There is not even one bin on the whole Capitol Way. I'd request the bin to be placed on the bus stop as people using the bus stop after shopping in the nearby shops leave litter flying around daily.
