This gully is constantly overgrown the foot path is no longer existent, it's a battle trying to get into your own back garden. Can't put bins anywhere due to it being overgrown

Pothole on hill

Pot hole caused a tire blowout was unable to avoid this pothole for my own safety wasn't able to get photos of the pot hole found out of a local my car was the 7th to have tire issues as a result of this pot whole.

Leaves!!!

Having walked along this section of pavement many times to and from town, the leaf fall which has been allowed to accumulate over the last 2 months is now a thick slippery congealed mass. In some areas you cannot avoid without walking into the road. Yesterday I slipped on this sludge and stumbled against the wall. The condition is now treacherous and a real trip/fall hazard especially for the elderly.

Retaining Wall Bowing

Hello, the retaining wall that goes along Navigation road is beginning to bow quite a bit and the end is gone due to some residents driving over it repeatedly. When this wall goes it will cause significant damage to any cars parked on the road and the subsidence of earth may cause structural damage to the buildings. This wall could really do with replacing of fixing before this occurs otherwise it could prove very expensive.

Cars turning right/left out of Manor Drive onto Agecroft Road do so blindly due to cars/vans badly parked at this junction. This is a accident waiting to happen! This problem has been ongoing for many weeks.

The cars park from the top off the junction to the bent 10 cars or vans . The is with in 10 mts from the London Road junction and blocking Two dropped kerbs . This causes me to push my buggy with an elderly family member up the road when out walking.

Elderly people house bound due to unsafe path . Dangerous especially in winter. Looking to make a bigger report to the news papers if this isn't looked into . Especially when the Elderly can't leave there homes on this very uneven pathway
