Acaster Malbis is a small rural hamlet which lies on the banks of the River Ouse. The village has several local attractions such as the Acaster Malbis Priory, a Grade I listed building, and Browns Golf Course.
The YO32 postcode area has excellent transport links. The York Outer Ring Road runs through the area and there are a number of bus routes operating in the area. It is also close to the A19, providing easy access to Leeds, York and the North East.
