The drainage system is blocked and needs to be unblocked as there's a huge flood overseeing the 2 lanes of traffic off the round about otherwise there will be RTCs caused by this flooding

We have a drain at the bottom of our driveway, this drain connects to a main drain in the road, this drain has been inspected by United Utilities and they have confirmed that the road drain is fully blocked with silt which is causing the flooding around our property.
