Cars don’t stop to look causing the majority of accidents on this roundabout., 8th July
Most accidents are caused from car approaching the round about from nel pan lane, they see up Wigan road (to their right) see it’s clear and fly across without even looking left. As they just think give to right so it’s their right of way. Meanwhile the cars coming up Wigan road encounter the pub on the right restricting their view of traffic from the right, they have to edge over the line before they can see oncoming traffic. All that is needed is a total stop sign for the cars coming up nel pan lane to stop the problem. I’ve had the salon 13 years and it’s easy to understand and see. Can someone please review this? Noisy Dogs, 17th May
Dogs are barking most day and night been happening for a while now, there locked in cages all the time and when you got work the next day it doesn't help when there barking at 3/4am.

Graffiti chalked in the road at the end of askwith road, 1st June
Children in the street as chalked in the road for approximately 20 metres. This is on askwith road and adjacent to coplow dale. The parents are there and watching them do it. It’s unsightly and not acceptable when some residents respect there properties and want to live in a nice presented area.

No car park bay markings., 14th May
There is a small council car park between the pub (Spinners Arms) and restaurant (Rosie’s). As the car park has no line markings, drivers often take up far too much space meaning that the capacity for parking here is greatly reduced. Can lines be painted on this car park? In addition, the owner of the nearby laundry shop (Hindley Green Fresh and Clean) claims an area of the car park belongs to her and has placed a cone there, however there is a clear sign at the entrance to the car park that says it is council owned.

Dumped waste and rubbish, 19th March
Driveway of 40 Davy road leads to rear path of 32-28 Davy road. Huge amounts of dumped waste and household rubbish been there for months. Eyesore and environmental/vermin issue.
Cars from 40 Davy cant use driveway so leads to more poor parking near a junction.
Needs sorting.

House on corner of tallies close/davy road running business from home. Customers driving like idiots and parking dangerously and illegally. I didnt buy a house on a trading estate to have increased traffic and parking issues. I live on a house estate.

Pathway and sections in the road close to the pathway full length of the bridge in appalling condition., 26th February
As a father of a regular wheelchair user of this section of pathway I am writing to see if there is any immediate plans for the full section of pathway from 545 Bickershaw Lane through to Bickershaw Hall Nurseries to be renewed it is in appalling condition and has been for considerable time now. As you use this footpath the camber just sends you into the road due to the edge of the path meeting the roadway being nearly non existent. I would appreciate it if this could be surveyed by one of your staff with a view to this being programmed in to receive some very important attention. Thank you if you wish to call me please do so on the number submitted. There is only one footpath at this section that will accommodate wheelchairs and prams / buggys ect.
