Multiple potholes!, 8th June
There are multiple potholes all down this road from the hill (near the fields), all the way onto Manchester rd too. Some are next to the kerbs on either side of the road, some in the middle of each lane, etc. (All over the place basically) These have been here for over a year I reckon and have seen someone else report these already. They have definitely gotten worse as I drive down this road towards the M61 every weekend.

These potholes have been here for a while (roughly 10 months?). It is awful when turning from Chorley rd onto Dicconson Ln. It will continue to get worse and will damage cars if not fixed.

This looks like a bmx course than a road, 21st March
This road from the house onwards is in poor repair. It is unadopted land but was last repaired by the council which surely admits ownership. The rugby club have done what repairs they can to make it safe for their patrons given the limited funding, however the whole road needs resurfacing from the tennis courts all the way to the rugby club. The rugby club hosts a variety of the areas sports club as well as rugby including: wrestling club, gym, aspull juniors, falconry as well as the forestry school. These are all vital groups which improve the Borough and sufficient infrastructure repairs to the road are necessary to make this a safe place for these activities to continue. The road also feed the Village on the Green and some houses nearby which pay council tax, yet are not receiving the benefits in reparations of the road.

Flashing streetlamp, 30th January
One of the streetlamps at the traffic lights is flashing at night, and quite a distraction when driving - would be safer turned off until it can properly be fixed

Road marking extremely poor, 10th June
The road markings at the junction of the A6 Chorley Road and B5239 Dicconson Lane are extremely poor. Faded in some places and non-existent in others. Coming from De Havilland Way there are two large green areas for cyclists which are very faded and it's massively confusing as to which you're supposed to stop at. The lines are all but gone. Coming from Dicconson Lane left towards De Havilland Way in the left filter the stop line as completely perished. This junction has been this poor for a few years now at least and it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt if the junction doesn't get marked out clearly and properly.

2 water Grids/covers in road gutter are missing., 22nd April
As you enter Albion drive. 2 road gutter/grid covers are missing. Traffic cones have been placed over the holes but children keep moving/playing with them leaving the deep drain exposed. It has been weeks now and the grid covers are still missing.
