There was a deep pothole on the corner outside Wakefield College which was filled in. The fix has failed and the pothole is back. It is 2 lanes and if there is a car in the other lane the pothole is unavoidable.

A sign has been removed by cutting it off at 5'' from the ground. It is a trip hazard, and incredibly dangerous, it is next to a path near the skate park, not far from the Children' s playground. I only just noticed it in the snow. There are 2 parts so easy to trip on one and fall on the other. Any cut will be deep and liable to infection from rust and soil.

Several houses on the corner of Clarendon Street and Pinderfields Road permanently leave their bins on the footpath, with the number of bins regularly being 6 - 8, irrespective of when the collection day is. This means that pedestrians have to walk on the road which is dangerous, being that it is a corner and junction, in addition to having several schools in the area. The bins are frequently overflowing with the lids open, and rubbish scattered on the pavement, meaning a health risk is also present.

Cars are frequently parked on the part of Cliff Park Avenue opposite and extremely close to driveways, therefore severely limiting access. These cars more often than not are also parked there at times in which the no-parking signage is in effect in the morning and evening. This is a ongoing issue

A number of deep potholes and a long stretch of very poor road surface exists on Balne Lane along the descending half of the carriageway, particularly at the junction to Carnforth Avenue. This means cars often have to drive in the oncoming lane which is dangerous with the blind corner ahead

This area is currently full of fast food litter. In the rest of the UK, one of these well known outlets has an obligation to clean their immediate area, so why doesn't that apply up here? Their litter is also joined by that of two other companies. If you're going to allow these companies to trade, either please enforce THEM to clean up their surrounding areas, or increase your street cleaning. Alternatively get your enforcement officers down there and start issuing some FPN's, like proactive councils seem to manage.
Also, the area near the Westgate Station car park is filthy. Fast food litter on the benches, all over the pavements, and hardly a welcoming gateway to Wakefield.
Interestingly the only clean place I've seen today is outside Wakefield One.

There are constantly cars parked on the corners of this street which is illegal and extremely dangerous when people are trying to get in or out onto a busy Horbury Road. It is mainly at tea times when the traffic is busiest. It causes problems every day and is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident.

It would appear that a fence panel has been kicked down from inside the cemetery. This is unsightly and the panel is layed along the grass verge. There is already an anti-social element as often undesirable people use the cemetery as a shortcut. They can now walk through the cemetery even when the gate is locked and can access the street. It must be particulary distressing for people who visit relatives in the cemetery and this destroyed fence is in close proximity to a grave.
