Tree branches making contact with tower., 28th July
Hi ,
I am writing to you from the Estates department at Ericsson on behalf of MBNL - (Three (Hutchinson 3G) and EE (Orange and T-Mobile)). We manage the telecom equipment site access on network faults.

2 large pot holes right outside our driveway, 13th May
These pot holes have been there quite sometime and are gradually getting worse.It Will come to point that we will be unable to park our cars in our driveway.The road we live on is quite narrow and has a constant flow of parked cars and flowing traffic through.Hopefully by reporting this problem,it could resolved swiftly

Dangerous potholes from A62 along Norristhorpe Lane to mini roundabout, top of Millstone Rise., 8th March
There are serious potholes along the length of Norristhorpe Lane from the traffic lights at the A62 junction through to the mini roundabout at the top of Millstone Rise. The sides of the traffic calming mounds are seriously potholed so it is impossible to avoid them at busy times of the day. They are getting steadily worse and are dangerous. Trench across road not covered, 15th November
A trench has been dug across the road, a large section is not covered. I hit that section on my bicycle early this morning and consider myself luck to escaped without injury.

Speeding cars, 31st October
I have only lived in the area for a week and my car has been hit 2 times by speeding cars. The second time it was hit the right wing mirror was damaged. I believe speed bumps or a speed tracker sign needs placing here as some cars are going beyond 50mph. I also have 2 cats I fear to allow out with these ridiculous speeds.

The street light has been partly sawn off and the stump covered with a plastic bag.. we need the light back its been like this 2 months

A very worried Resident., 22nd March
This vehicle is regularly parked on the pavement on the corner of Stonehurst Road and Uplands Drive with the vehicle heater running as it is a Tar Mac vehicle and has the propane gas open to the elements. See Photographs. It is dangerous as children play all the time and the noise is constant. Can you please do something about it as we have reported it to the firm on a number of occasions.

The street light has been out since a recent power cut, 9th May

Very large pot holes in the road up to 40cm, 18th November
The problem we have here is 1 pothole as multiplied to over 10 and they are getting to 40cm big. Since the floods earlier this year they have got worse. What makes this more dangerous is this road is used for : residents , access , and a fork truck for unloading. These really need filling in before a major accident happens as I've nearly seen the fork truck tip over unloading large loads. This is also causing a problem for the dustbin wagon as the holes are getting larger.

Tarmac has sunk away from the dropped curb, 12th October
Outside my house, 32 Quarryfields Mirfield, the tarmac has sunken away from the dropped curb. This is not only a trip hazard as a lot of elderly people walk around this area but the dropped tarmac also causes a pool of water whenever it rains heavy. (Not heavy in pictures but you get the idea).

Disturbing the quiet hours, 7th May
Hello, I would like to ask for help in admonishing my neighbor about the curfew. The case was reported a few weeks earlier to the police and helped but for a few weeks but it started again. The noise coming from behind the wall has the character of party and quarrel. I would like to emphasize that we are living in a time when we cannot meet and keep 2 meters apart because of a pandemic. Please help contact the owner can help.
