On the path outside the gate of 124 the pavement dips so when it rains people have to walk through water to get in and out of the house., 20th April
I think Thames water did some works and the pavement had sunk and I don’t feel it is acceptable access to a public pathway from my property to always have to go through water. It is raining more and more now and so I would really appreciate this is fixed especially as I live alone and am on crutches.

Fly tipping Canterbury road, 18th April
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the alarming frequency of fly tipping at the top of Canterbury Road. I have continually put in reports and complaints for the past few years. However this is not a good utilisation of my time even taking pictures and logging the fly tipping either thus appealing for your immediate action to address and rectify the situation. Am sure you have competent people within this department that can deal with this matter.
Fly tipping not only poses a hazard to public health and the environment but also contributes to the degradation of our local area. I kindly request that the council takes immediate action to enforce existing laws and regulations against this illegal activity.
Fly-tipping is a criminal offense under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989. The legislation defines fly-tipping as the unauthorized dumping of waste on land without a proper license or permit. It is essential that these laws are enforced rigorously to deter potential offenders and protect our community.
By actively addressing fly-tipping, the council can save our tax payers money help maintain our environment's cleanliness, preserve the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhoods, and ensure the safety and well-being of residents. I believe that a combination of proactive measures, including increased surveillance, regular inspections, and appropriate penalties, can significantly reduce the occurrence of fly-tipping in which I have been advocating for the past eleven years but none have been implemented.
Furthermore, I would like to emphasize the importance of educating the public about responsible waste disposal methods. Raising awareness about the consequences of fly-tipping and providing information on available recycling centres and waste collection services can encourage residents and the local businesses

Adjacent to 35 Swan Road., 18th April
With all the heavy emergency vehicles and school coaches going over the existing pot hole it is causing big lumps of rock and rubble to flick up and hit motor vehicles and cyclist and to make this worse you are repairing Hampton lane so our road is going to be used even more as a diversion and it’s inevitable that an accident is going to happen. This needs urgent attention.
