New driveway created that is dangerous, 18th April
An entrance has been made onto the B3293 on Rosevear Hill, grid ref SW 69390 24607 to enter the garden of Ambella. This does not have permission, is extremely dangerous and I've heard of two reports of near accidents already. Last night one was reported to the Police because a car was parked outside the entrance on the blind bend. The Police visited the site but the car had moved by the time they got there. Luckily nothing was coming the other way so the driver could swerve around it.

Blocked gully/storm drain, 7th April
From the Ship Inn down to The Rectory, there has been a buildup of debris blocking the gully/storm drain. This has led the water to flow a different route, pooling in areas on the road and breaking it up. The drain gully has been cleared to flow but debris needs removing please.

All street lights on Meneth and Cryben in Gweek, Helston are not working. The lights have been out for over 6 weeks.

During the weather last night a big branch has come down and blocked the road. It is fairly sizeable and heavy making it unusable to cars and other traffic.

Drain ditches/verges full of leaves, 15th December

Road sign at top of Skyburriowe Lane for Helston missing, 22nd March
I reported this sign missing over a year ago and still nothing has been done. The sign for The Lizard is there but the one for Helston has fallen off and not been replaced. With visitors coming to the area the sign really does need replacing now

Pothole, 2 doors past post office, near middle of road, just before turning into glebe close, 2nd November
Pothole appeared suddenly a few days ago. Ragged edges and getting deeper every day. A real hazard to all road users, especially cyclists. It isn't visible until you are on it. Just before my parked car so people have to swing out slightly to pass me and are in it before they know it. It punctured my rear tyre when it first appeared; pulling in, I had no idea it was there. People turning into Glebe Close would be in constant danger of going into it. If a bicycle ran into it, it could be very bad. It needs fixing urgently.
