Hildenborough is a small village that is located on the south-east of the postcode area and is known for its traditional village atmosphere and beautiful countryside. The village offers a range of different activities, such as sailing, cycling, golf and cycling centre.

Southborough is located to the south of Tonbridge Town centre and is a thriving, diverse neighbourhood. It features a selection of independent shops, cafes and businesses, as well as being home to a popular theatre. The village also hosts a farmers' market twice a month, allowing residents to purchase locally sourced produce.
