Telford is the largest settlement, and known as the New Town. It is a major business and commercial hub of the Shropshire county, and home to major employers such as, Titan Xurface, Mayfield Primary Care, Engineering Technology Group (ETG), and many more. It is largely a commercial and industrial centre, offering an array of centre, large retail stores, supermarkets, and restaurants for those that live in the area. Additionally, offers a vibrant and varied lifestyle with a buzzing arts, culture and music scene, a selection of theatres, annual festivals, and traditional pubs and nightlife.

Dawley is the most populous settlement in the TF3 postcode area, and is a town located on the edge of Telford. It offers great views overlooking the Ironbridge Gorge and is famed for its listed buildings and quaint town centre. It is convenient for commuters thanks to the Telford Central rail station nearby and the M54 motorway.

Donnington is the oldest settlement within the TF3 postcode, and is an attractive, small village located to the north west of Telford town centre. It is a popular destination for both business travellers and tourists, offering many heritage sites such as The Woodcock Inn and the original mining wheel.

Newport is also within the TF3 postcode and is located in the south-east of the area. It is a market town with a rich history, offering many historical sites and attractions, historic buildings, castles, museums, and the beautiful Bellevue Park.

The TF3 area offers something for everyone, from large towns with commercial hubs, to picturesque villages with old traditions and an abundance of activities and attractions. With easy access to the M54, great transport links and ready access to the larger towns of Telford and Shrewsbury, it provides a wonderful area to live.
