Household rubbish not being collected, 19th April
We have moved into our new home on Foldhill Lane in March and our rubbish has never been collected despite us putting it out ready for collection on the correct day and times. Can you arrange for this to be regularly collected. I’ve reported this twice on your website but nothing has been done despite being told it would be arranged.

Caravan parked on Pavement and Road, 14th April
I'd like to report an issue we are having on our Street.
A neighbour has over the past few months been parking his large caravan outside his house over the Pavement and onto the Road . The owners run power cables from the house, out of the ground floor window, over the Pavement into the very large caravan.
I have also seen them tipping waste from the caravan directly into the drains near by (a large blue waste collection drum) I assume this is washing and sewage water, but obviously can't be sure.
I have witnessed pedestrians, mother's with prams, dog walkers and mobility scooters leaving the pavement and entering the road as they cannot get passed the caravan, or do not want to get tangled in the power cables running between the house and caravan.
Although a number of neighbours have requested it is moved politely, we receive belligerent replies that he's not breaking the law and won't move it.
Please please please could you intervene now. Frustrations are beginning to run high in the close, and the issue needs resolution ASAP. I don't want this to turn nasty and cause even more issues, the gentleman owner is particularly difficult!
The Address of the caravan and owner is 10 Vincent Way (I believe they rent the property however), the registration number is G2 EFY of the Mitsubishi pajero the tows it. Its a large Caravan, Bailey Pageant, but I'm unsure of more specifics as I don't want to get too close to photograph it as I say he's not particularly pleasant.

Vehicles parking at the functions of a roundabout, 22nd March
At the mini roundabout, vehicles continue to park at the junctions of the roundabout. Which obstructs you vision and ability to negotiate the roundabout safely.
Its especially worse in the evening and morning. I personally have nearly struck a pedestrian, due to vans and large vehicles obstructing your view.
Ideally the roundabout needs repaint. At the same time, double yellows need to be painted.
