Industrial activity, 17th August
Opposite my house in an unmade side road parallel with the main road, there has been a lot of activity with highway related vehicles such as tankers containing bitumen emulsion. This activity sometimes starts as early as 0600 and it has been going on for nearly 3 months. The noise, fumes, dust etc. is a nuisance I complained to the councils highway department and environmental health department and I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. Perhaps you could light a fire under them? Thank you... Wiltshire council, where every body matters!!
