Car is parked dangerously hasn't moved in weeks. Car are struggling to safely come out of the junction due to this car. Cars coming up the Hill round the bend are struggling as work is being done on the otherside of the road and this car parked outside the water pump station is limiting the road with to single traffic. This car also has a flat tyre, maybe its been abandoned
