ST2 is a postcode district for the city of Stoke-on-Trent in the West Midlands of England. It covers parts of the communities of Bucknall, Chesterton, and Longton within the Stoke-on-Trent City Council area.

ST2 is bordered by other postcode districts; to the north it borders ST3 and ST4; to the east it borders ST1; to the south it borders ST6; and to the west it borders ST4. These postcodes cover the historic county of Staffordshire, as well as the Borough of Cheshire East.

The area centres around the major road through the area, the A50, which runs from Newcastle-under-Lyme to Longton. It also intersects the A34, which runs from Stone to the M6.

The population of the ST2 postcode district is 27,655, with a population density of 3,936 residents per square kilometre. According to the 2011 census, 72.8% of the population is White British, and 20.8% of the population is made up of Asian minorities, primarily from South Asian backgrounds.

ST2 has a wide range of housing, including some of the oldest housing in Stoke-on-Trent, generally characterised by terraced housing. It also has many local shops with independent retailers, a few banks, some local cafes, and many small businesses based in the area along the main roads like the A50.

The district also has several schools and educational facilities, including the Longton Academy. The area is well served by buses, with buses running both around the city and to neighbouring towns, including Newcastle-under-Lyme and Crewe.

As for recreation, the district has a number of local parks and green spaces, such as the Longton Park, Riverside Park and Tunstall Park. It is also home to the award-winning Churnet Valley Railway, which runs through the district. The district has two leisure centres, one in Bucknall and one in Longton.

There is a redhills road, too close to the city centre but too narrow road,always have traffic or accident on the road and bridges.its middle of the Stoke but like a forgotten road to improve so they always do fly tipping.
