Meadowcroft Park is quite a nice place to live, although the houses are a bit cramped, and have small gardens. Alstom Power factory is pretty close, though no pollution to worry about. Close to town so very handy.

St. Leonards avenue is a really nice area to live, just 15 mins walk to the town or to the train station.
