The drains on Pound Lane near the Burnt Mills junction gets flooded really badly after a heavy rain shower. I suspect the drains are blocked as they become overflowed and thus flood the road.

Lighting Bollards around Roundabout Come off base, 2nd December
Around the Shotgate roundabout, various lighting bollards have come off thier bases, they are flashing (possibly need replacing). Also all need a clean as they are not visible enough to drivers. Thank you for your time

Parking on pavement, 28th November
Car parked on pavement, hardly any room to get through. Don't know how a pushchair or wheelchair would fit Trying to get past with autistic son is bad enough. Cars always parking there on the pavement, if it's not that car it's another one. This is Beauchamps Drive bottom end by Royal Oak Drive.

Parking outside a school, 20th November
The parking from the give way lines at the junction of tresco way past Anglesey gardens. Parking is the majority on double yellow lines and right up to the Anglesey gardens. Preventing traffic from seeing oncoming cars. They are also parked on the zig zag lines outside the school and on the opposite side of the road. This narrows the road so that emergency services cannot get through.

Dangerous parking, 12th November
On 11/11/23 at 9.15am at the junction of Whist Avenue and Rubicon Avenue, a white Kia car parked blocking the pavement and obstructing the view of other drivers at the junction in contravention of the Highway Code. He was there about an hour. This is the third weekend this has happened. Whist Avenue is a busy road on Saturdays and a bus route.

Abandoned vehicle, 1st November
In Hodgson Way, Wickford, a vehicle has been left by the side of the road, I assume abandoned. The reg: is 2176 RNZ and is full of rubbish. The location of vehicle, which is a jeep with the image of a Spitfire on its spare wheel, is Hodgson Way, between Woodberry Rd and The Kingfishers. This has been there at least a year.

Mud and gravel on road, 1st November
I am asking if any measures can be taken to help keep the roads free of mud and stones that come off the wheels of large trucks leaving Doublegate Lane (Dollyman's Farm). Two times this year i have had my windscreen damaged, trucks leave Doublegate Lane with mud and gravel in the tread of their huge tyres, and they often reach high speeds and have no regard for other motorists. If a low speed restriction could be enforced to slow these trucks down it would help.

Multiple large potholes, 27th October
The road has been in a very bad state of repair for at least 4 years. I have lived here since 2006 & this is as bad as it’s been. There have never been repairs in all the time I have lived here.
