Street Lights not working, 19th March
The street lights were reported broken on the on the 1st of March and Rotherham Council emailed to say they have been fixed. Clearly that is not true. There are now three lights out causing the entire roundabout exit onto the Parkway / pedestrian crossing to be in total darkness. rather than saying the problem has been fixed would it not make more sense to say that it was a work in progress, instead of shutting the enquiry down? Please fix the lights.

Pothole in road on roundabout approx 15+ inches x 7 inches, 4th March
There is a pothole approximately 15" long by 6" wide 1.5" deep in the road surface on the roundabout heading into treeton from swallow nest just at the point you can turn left onto wood lane. This has steep sharp edges which resulted to my tyre sidewall getting damaged causing a irreparable puncture and possible rim damage. My tyre is only about 3 months old. No idea how long it has been there as I rarely use the route. No debris around the hole suggesting it has been there a while.

2 street lights broken, 1st March
2 street lights are broken on the roundabout and slip road on to the parkway from Poplar Way. This is mostly dangerous for people crossing the pedestrian and cycle link which runs under the motorway. Two lights are also out in the tunnel at the far end but I didn’t take a photo of those

Traffic light error, 21st February
Monday 19th February, approximately 1600hrs, there was a near miss with regards to RTA seemingly caused by a double green light on conflicting traffic lights. Europa Avenue lights onto Europa Link and the lights from Europa link (from A630) to Europa Avenue/continue along Europa Link were observed as both being on green at the same time. This was noticed due to the observation of a near miss between 2 cars by someone with visibility of both sets of lights.

Tarmac around previously repaired manhole coming away and pothole, 18th February
Manhole has been previously refixed/repaired after a burst but the tarmac around it is now breaking up causing the manhole to be raised. There's also a pothole opened up about 5m back from this.
