M61, 28th February
A artic operated by btw transport was driving along the m61 this afternoon. It looked like the trailer had been emptied before the vehicle joined the motorway however the mesh sided trailer was not covered and all the litter/plastic was which was attached to the mesh sides was blowing all over the motorway.

Large pick up full of waste, 1st August
There is a large pickup parked right outside the house with waste on it. It is only held on with 1 rope and it stinks and yesterday we saw a rat. It has been parked up for 9days now and the owner does not live on the street.
