Several very large potholes, 10th April
Extremely dangerous stretch of road with eroded non existent verges and very large potholes filled with water making it only safely passable for one vehicle at a time. Potholes are in the wheel tracks. This area has remained in a terrible state of repair for the last few years and it’s appalling the lack of interest in repairing this particular area which is heavily used by farm vehicles, lorries, school traffic commuters to M40 Birmingham Stratford etc…cyclists, walkers etc…

Slippery surface, 28th March
The gate is missing and there are lots of leaves on the path making it very dangerous for walkers. Its incredibly slippery. The fence from adjacent property is not supported fully and leaning over the path.

This has been reported a few times now but nothing has happened so far. I received a reply asking for a photo of the problem so I have now attached one.

Verge approach to health center deteriorating, 22nd March
Report below sent to Countryside access Team but this is the HW verge section and not the ROW. The following is from noquet1@hotmail.com This footpath at the end nearest the dr surgery is very dangerous. It is muddy, slippery and due to the slope is ver dangerous. The state of the incline is not helped by the fact that the bollards have rotted and people drive their cars over the verge adding to the demise of the access. I have previously reported the rotted posts and know you wont replace to protect the verge but it is a health and safety hazard. Previously placed grid and stones are now overgrown adding to the slippy dangers. The footpath should probably be closed before someone hurts them selves.
