A453 from the Clifton South roundabout to the Parkway turnoff, in both direction, have drainage gulleys which are full of rubbish/vegetation blocking the drains., 22nd December
The water backs up in modest rainfall and during the recent heavy downpours, runs both onto the highway and also onto the grass verges as the gulleys overflow due to the blocked drains. Also, the concrete safety barriers have become a depository for many piles of vegetation which have accumulated over many months, if not years

Drivers fail to stop at roundabout, 19th February
Hi. I live in Barton-in-Fabis, work in Nottingham and have to exit right off the Millhill roundabout onto Green Lane most days. I have daily issues with traffic heading up the A453 from the M1 failing to give way to traffic on the island. I have never known a roundabout like it. People simply don't look or even stop half the time. I have had so many near misses that would have resulted in a collision if I didn't drive so carefully around it. I believe traffic lights are planned along with the Fairham development but this is 3 years away. Could some traffic calming methods like the raised lines or better signage be utilised in the meantime? Thank you.
