Bollards removed by house owners so they can park car on grass verge, 17th March
The relatively new house owners of 49a doddington road Wellingborough nn8 2jh have removed a wooden stump put in by the council to protect the grass verge & prevent parking, so they can park their car on it. I have attached a photo of their car and also a photo of what it should look like. The car then blocks the view of the residents who live at the bottom of roseacre lane from exiting onto doddington road which is opposite a busy secondary school. There have been some near misses with traffic driving too fast and it’s becoming a dangerous junction when they park there. The residents of 49a have refused to move their car and just left the extracted wooden stump laying around so school children kicked it about into the main road causing further obstruction in the road. It has been since moved. The wooden stump needs replacing and the resident reminded to park their car more considerately. Thank you for your support. Kind regards
