For one month an old sofa, 2 dining chairs, one mattress and bedding & food rubbish dumped by the side of morrisons premises on oxford street. I've seen rats along these items! Health hazard!!

Abandoned derelict caravan in derek hooton way, 18th April
Abandoned derelict caravan dumped in road bay, the windows are gone and smell coming from it... health hazard! with rats in the area. (this caravan has recently been vacated after 8+ years). The occupier and his dog have left.

Uneven Pavement Surface caused ankle twist and pain. These hadn't been maintained for number of years and the state of the pavement is poor. Uneven surface, damaged. Bad parking, 16th April
Double parking leading to blind spot on corner .and if emergency vehicles need to access street for any reason its impossible .these vehicles belong to the probation center .this is an ongoing problem and they are causing damage to the grass verges outside the houses .they have a car park behind building they can use .

Parking on corner its a blind spot to everyone coming up aand down tge road its tge workers at the probation office they park everywhere on our street making it dangerous for residents, 15th April
The parking on this coast causing a blind spot to the residents on my street coming up and down as tge parking is all the way around this corner sometime they double park making space to get through difficult it's the probation office workers they park everywhere with no concern for people that live here.and as there's assisted living flats behind up we regularly have fire brigade and ambulance coming up our road to them a fire engine would strughle to get through some days

Slab at top of steps very dangerous and wobbling, 15th April
This slab has been loose for an extremely long time and getting worse. I took a video of it but only able to download photos to you. It’s at the top of steps going down into Glenbank from the Aldi/matalan carparks heading towards midland road cut through. The video did show how dangerous and loose the slab is.

Very deep pothole on lights, 15th April
This pot hole has already been identified but taken so long to fix that the white square is now part of the pothole. Very deep and right on the corner of an already dangerous cross roads.

Ruts in grass verge due to parking, 14th April
I have already reported this, and you have replied that there nothing you can do as there are no parking restrictions there. I think something could be done to tidy this area up. If someone tripped or slipped, on the uneven surface, they could be badly injured. Also this is on the walking route of the Waendel Walk, in May, and does not give not a good impression, to all our International visitors, of Wellingborough. I believe the Embankment paths are in similar state. You ask for us to report any problems we see, we think they are important, so don't give off the cuff comments like there is no parking restrictions, so drivers can do what they like.
