The email which was sent by unknown, 16th February
Thank you for the 2 emails, guess by now you will be gone for the weekend, anyhow am still contacting yourselves as this must be your problem as it is not anyone else is. If someone does not do anything about this problem and soon you will be taken to the small claims court as these vermin have damaged lots of our hedges, plants and have got into our home which is owned by Fairhive Housing in Aylesbury. These vermin are definitely coming from the road/manhole and/or the ditch the other side of our hedge. It is suggested that you get someone out here tomorrow as you have had plenty of time to send this to whoever owns this pavement and to get this problem sorted out and the longer it is left the more worse it will get and as a council tax payer do not expect to have to wait for yourselves to get this organised, you have been told about this problem weeks ago. This is called passing the buck and it is not my job, well someone is responsible for this and when we find out there will be plenty of people in business who will be interested, so suggest that if you do not get someone out to sort this problem tomorrow then one will start court proceedings for compensation due to your inadequate reply to a very big problem that you have not bothered about, so suggest you get someone out here tomorrow to sort this highly dangerous problem out.

Same Problem, 11th February
Appreciate that you have this in line to do but this is really urgent as wherever these vermin are getting in on the pavement/drain also could be the ditch opposite or even where Gigaclear put the boxes for T.V which are in the grass at the end of our garden border, these vermin have ruined many of our shrubs and trees by nibbling and taking off the bark, this also includes the lavender hedge inside our garden and has caused a very much upset as the whole lot of things mentioned have been grown by us and been here for over 20 years. Please come out to see where/if they are coming in, either from the drain in the path outside our hedge that runs along the side of the path or they could as said be coming from the ditch opposite, it was mentioned by the Environmental Health that it may be that when Gigaclear put these cables in they could have disturbed or cracked a pipe when they did this work. Just know that these vermin have done a great deal of damage to our garden, and we have also contacted our housing association Fairhive in Aylesbury as these vermin have somehow got into the bungalow where we live and being disabled and a husband who is not well we are having a complete and utter nightmare of it all. We implore you to come out and to please treat this a big problem which may involve a big search to find out where they are coming from, we have had this problem for some months and have come to yourselves in hope that you can find out where these vermin are coming from. Please accept our sincere apologies for contacting you again but we are suffering ourselves and having these vermin destroy what we have done all those years ago has caused us a great deal of upset because it has cost us a great deal of time and money which we do not have now although it would never be the same ever again now it has very much upset us. Thanking you for taking the time of coming out to try and find where these vermin are coming from.
