ISSUE: Increasing our engagements with youths
ACTION: 1) SNT officers attended the youth football club class and engaged with the kids. team aim to supports the bid for potential funding to create more classes and prevent crime on the street.
2) SNT officers went for a meeting with Youth Team at The Link Business Center. the aim was engage with the business to start referring people under 25 years old in order to help them with drugs/Alcohol/Trauma/etc.

ISSUE: Concerns continue to be raised by the community about drug dealing within the WINDRUSH SQUARE area and the use of drugs on the surrounding residential roads such as Brixton Road (O/S Brixton LT station)
ACTION: 1) Weapon Sweep conducted at hotspots within the ward on 12/02/2024 with staff of London Borough of Lambeth.
2) Team attended meetings with Business owners within the Town Centre engaging and working in partnership with the business to updating business and partners of what the police has been doing to target prolific offenders

ISSUE: Brixton Town Centre has seen an increase in theft reports and robberies and also shoplifting
ACTION: 09/02/2023 u2013 a day of action to give out leaflets outside the tube due to increasing in theft/ robberies and shoplifting in the area. We will hand out the Look Up
