Nuiscance and Obstruction Mercer Street Hire Bike Bay, 30th March
Yesterday evening I experienced a crashing sound. Witnessed young youths laughing and walking away from the bay area after pushing over the whole stack of hire bikes. Presently many are still pushed over, with these and others causing an obstruction, involving a wide variety of brands, including Lime, River, Tier and Forest. Some parked on the public road and others blocking the public footpath. Ongoing issues with this bay on a day to day basis. Other detrimental factors also in place such as attracting anti social behaviour and littering.
