Can abandoned over 4 weeks ago. Owner has returned several times but has not moved it. Suspect it has broken down & unable to start it. On Sunday 21st of April vagrants were in the car and appeared to be doing drugs. The van is blocking the barrier & would prevent the barrier opening in the event of an emergency.

I am a resident at 32 Bournemouth Close.This has been happening about for two weeks, someone leaves the rubbish bags next to my front door and not in the big bin that it is on the corner. This didn’t happen before, I think it is not allowed to leave rubbish bags in front of the main doors. This is disgusting because the animals break the bags making a mess.
