The bays that have been painted due to the new CPZ that is due to be implemented have been sized wrong. You can fit 1 1/2 of a normal car one side then you have a 'Electrical car bay' that is sized correctly and then you have space for another 1 1/2 size for a car.
The electrical bay should be moved half a car length to either side so this is not wasting space or causing people to park halfway in the electrical car bay
