The area is also an architecturally diverse area, with Victorian houses alongside modern apartment blocks. It is popular as a residential area due to its close proximity to the city, the easy connection to the multiple transport links as well as its vibrant cultural and creative scenes.
SE23 also offers plenty of outdoor activities, with a number of golf courses, including the Brockley Driving Range and the nearby Dulwich and Sydenham Hill Golf Clubs, offering a range of sporting and leisure activities.
