Filthy street, 25th April
The large bins that belong in the bin room are permanantely on the street and not in the bin room provided. They get full and people dump rubbish next to it. The rubbish ends up all down the street. This morning it is shockingly bad.

It’s occupying two parking bays and is always plugged into the Shell Recharge charging point (even though it is no longer charging) so that no one else can use it.
