Barrier obstructing crossing point/control box, 28th March
Barriers have been placed around the control boxes on this crossing preventing anyone with a visual impairment or dual sensory loss to reach the control box/tactile cone and use the blister paving. Due to multiple crossings in the area there is no audible signal at this crossing meaning that those with sensory disabilities will use a tactile cone to know when to cross. This is putting anyone with sight and hearing loss at risk when making crossing decisions as they will not know when the green man phase is in operation, they will also not be able to line themselves up on the blister paving to cross in a straight line so will be at risk of walking out into oncoming traffic. This is very dangerous and a high risk to those with sight and hearing loss. This is also a common occurrence with barriers regularly blocking the crossing and putting people at risk. All barriers should be away from blister paving and control boxes!!!

Paving slabs replaced by tarmac by utility workers, 27th March
Blackfriars road had a considerable redevelopment where the pavements were refurbished with paving slabs to create a 'boulevard'. During recent utility works the contractors ripped them up and then just filled in the gaps with tarmac. Replacing 'like for like' would have been part of their works permit and the correct replacement needs to be enforced.

Trevelyan House- 2x blocked drains, 27th March
Blocked drain right by the back of Trevelyan House by the back entrance.
The refuse collection team also have been seen repeatedly releasing liquid waste from the refuse truck near this drain and the water doesn't run anywhere and remains stagnant as the drain there is blocked.
There is also a blocked drain in the lower car park of Trevelyan House....when it rains a massive puddle is created around the drain area creating difficultly with being able to park or access your vehicle if you have parked near the drain.
