Junction of Hay Lane with Roe Green and Stag Lane, 17th April
This mini roundabout is dangerous. I had a 'near miss' yesterday which necessitated emergency braking to avoid a collision. I entered the roundabout from Hay Lane, turning right. As I did, a car travelling north crossed the roundabout without any evidence of slowing. From the driver's gestures it was clear he considered he had the right of way. The road markings have almost disappeared through fading, and there is no signage on the approach from Roe Green advising of the roundabout. Signage exists on the three other entries. The driver obviously thought this was a 'T' junction with him having priority. Clear road markings will be a quick and inexpensive fix. Google Street View shows that until recently a roundabout sign existed at this point. A replacement should therefore be straightforward. Something urgently needs to be done before there is a serious incident.

Manhole cover loose and noisy, 15th April
The manhole cover on Finchley lane in front of Alexandra Rd Bus Stop is loose and makes a loud banging noise each time a car or bus drives over it. The problem has been there for a while, but has greatly increased in volume over the last week.

Huge pothole, 14th April
It’s a huge pothole that has been there for over a month. It’s a popular driving lesson route and it is big enough to damage cars. It appeared overnight and looks like it was done purposely. Please fix it as it can cause accidents and damage vehicles.
