The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of NW4 4NU:
Pathway between No 18 and No 16 Oak Tree Dell NW9, 19th April
The neighbour from No 20 has been dumping waste onto this public pathway which leads to Ash Tree Dell and it is now blocked by the rubbish that she is dumping. She is refusing to remove it and instead abused the elderly neighbour from No 16 when they politely asked her to remove as it is attracting rodents and putting pressure on their fence as well as blocking the public pathway. I have attached photos showing the waste as well as screenshots showing the offending neighbour in action. This is a resubmission of the report I submitted today as I got an update stating “‘nothing found”. Is the council being serious, did anybody come out to view it it is a huge pile that cannot be missed. I am from No 11 oak tree dell please do not close this submission without speaking to me as the elderly neighbour is being abused by No 20 because of this issue I am trying to resolve this on behalf of my elderly sick neighbour. Brent continues to be disappointing as usual with any report made always closing without any resolution. I will be getting the police and constituency involved also to resolve the neighbour dispute and bring attention to the lack of action of the council before my elderly neighbour either gets abused or suffers a heart attack

Between No 5 and No 7 Evelyn Ave, 18th April
The hedge has been overgrown and has not been cut/maintained in past 4 years. This is causing issue for all neighbouring properties, causing access limit, destroying other plants and unhealthy living. Also making attractive for fox’s, we have small children who play outside in the garden. Request your attention to the matter and request to clear this asap.
