The manhole cover on Finchley lane in front of Alexandra Rd Bus Stop is loose and makes a loud banging noise each time a car or bus drives over it. The problem has been there for a while, but has greatly increased in volume over the last week.

Large (dangerous) pot holes in carriageway off M1, 14th April
Large pot holes that have gotten bigger and bigger and are now becoming very dangerous.
Please fix. These holes have been here for years and now are ridiculously large thanks to recent rains.
The pot holes are on the extreme left hand lane coming off M1 which bypasses the roundabout and go straight onto the A406.

Rubbish dumped, 12th April
Rubbish dumped in and around the pedestrian underpass by Colindeep Lane & Watford Way. Sadly has been like this for Months, plus graffiti all over the walls of The underpass. This area never gets cleaned, this is the third time I've reported It.

Large Deep Pot Hole, 12th April
On the 10/4/24 at approx 2330, I was driving SB on the A5 where the pin drop is, within the speed limit. Due to the darkness I didn’t see this large pothole, my right offside tyre has hit it and a large bang was heard and felt. Immediately my tyre pressure warning light came on, and my steering become heavy. I had to pull over and the AA come out due to my puncture, the next morning then to kwik fit to replace the tyre. My steering is still heavy and therefore will have to reattend a garage to get my suspension/steering checked. Once I have on my next day off, I will keep receipts. This has all cost me considerably, and I missed a day of work to get just the tyre sorted as a result. I pay road tax, and now have a damaged vehicle through no fault of my own. I believe I am well within my right to therefore have my costs paid back.

Fallen tree branch blocking footpath and obstructing driveway, 11th April
A tree branch outside #33 and #35 Rowsley Avenue NW41AP has split and is hanging from the tree trunk completely blocking the footpath and obstructing a driveway.
As a consequence pedestrians have to divert around it and walk on the road.

Flytipping, 9th April
I'm reporting a severe fly tipping issue behind the orange brick wall at 59 Woodstock Rd, detailed here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/tdnMdJrYHqHHy4H49
This area has become an unsightly and hazardous dump, previously reported yet unresolved.
The accumulation poses significant health and safety risks, potentially attracting vermin and negatively impacting community well-being. I urge immediate clearance of the waste, investigation into its origins, and measures to prevent future incidents.
Your prompt action to address and resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.
