Dartmouth Park is known for its tranquil, leafy atmosphere with spectacular views of the city and its surrounding areas, while Highgate Wood covers an expanse of over 64 acres of lush green, ideal for outdoor activities and walks. Archway is also home to the Parkland Walk, a four-mile green corridor running from Finsbury Park to Highgate Woods.

The area is home to several schools and higher education institutions, including Arnos Grove Primary School, South Camden School, Kensington and Chelsea College, Regent's University London, and, the University of Westminster.

Archway continues to be a focus of educational development with the 'Archway – City Learning Centre', a suite of cutting-edge teaching and learning spaces. It is also home to the Innovation Centre for Affordable Housing, which looks at cost-effective city housing solutions.

Residents of the N19 postcode will enjoy a range of amenities, from community and health services through to leisure, sport and art-focused activities. Muswell Hill's Minchenden Park, Alexandra Park, and Cockfosters Park are all nearby, along with numerous other local amenities, including a cinema, swimming pool, diverse range of shops, and a community centre.
