Road shut off gate left open., 9th April
For years now, there's been a dead end gate across the end of Talbot road, which has moderated traffic flows. For sometime now, one post has been either knocked over or removed, so the gate remains open and Talbot road now sometimes resembles a race track, not to mention heavy lorries using it as a short cut. Both are very dangerous now, to what we had before. Please can post be replaced ? Thanks.
