Landlords have dumped a huge amount of rubbish., 30th March
Landlords have dumped huge amounts of black sacks and household rubbish on this corner. They do it regularly and there is no deterrent or sanction. It is disgusting and unsanitary, why can’t the council act and put cameras up?
