Manhole and pavement outside 71 Lincolns Inn fields, 17th April
The pavement outside 71 Lincolns Inn Fields on Gate St and Twyford Place. The gaps in the paving are causing major water ingress to the vaults of the building. Especially into the plant room where the electricity meter is located. The rain is causing massive damp issues within the building basement/vault areas on both sides. We suspect it is coming in through the broken cement around the man holes as shown in the pictures. Please can the council replace the cement and check all cement around paving stones on both sides of the building. This is a new issue as we have owned the building since 2008 without issue. It is the Council's responsibility to maintain the pavements and I'm getting no help from this fixmystreet software.

Excessive noise and road blockage on Rivington Street, 16th April
Along Rivington St on 16/4/2024, there is a filming crew here all day blocking the street and making excessive noise. Access were denied by filming crew. Strong pedestrian street turned into a road block with no prior notice. Huge delay caused.
