Faeces outside gate to residences, 23rd April
There is a pile of what I hope is dog but may well be human, faeces outside the side gate to the shop I work at. This gate is in constant use throughout the day and we don't want to tread it into the shop. Also, this is a primary access route to the residences behind our shop, who also don't need to be dodging faeces on their way in or out of their home.
This was not present last night at 19:00 when we closed the shop so happened overnight.

Very loud rickety noise from the covers, 20th April
The noise is very loud every time a vehicle goes over it . It's causing sleepless nights . I've had to move to mother's place as I'm becoming depressed and can not sleep at night

Broadly in front of 36 New Oxford Street there are two sunken and Ill fitting manhole covers In the road., 20th April
The two loose/sunken manhole covers are a danger but the main issue is they cause a massive noise every time traffic drives over them. A loud clunking noise of the metal cover against its frame/setting. The noise reverberates loudly around the whole neighbourhood and is really noticeable at night and keeps me/ other residents awake. It’s at its worst in better weather because if you leave the windows open at night it is so loud! This has been like this for 12 months!
