In terms of education, the borough is served by numerous well-respected schools for both primary and secondary education. These include; Bishop Challoner Catholic Collegiate School, Hoxton Garden Primary School and Central Foundation Girls' School, which achieved a perfect score in GCSE results.

The local area is home to a variety of green spaces, with popular attractions such as the Geffrye Museum 'Almshouse Gardens', Hoxton Square, and Finsbury Park all being nearby. Additionally, the park near the Geffrye Museum hosts a popular, large outdoor market every Sunday.

Furthermore, the area contains some of the city's most affordable properties with median house prices around £400,000. This is far lower than the average London property price which stands at over £650,000.

E2 is an area with a unique and vibrant culture, great transport links, plenty of things to do, good education options, green spaces, and affordable housing options. It is a great area for all types of people looking to live in the city.
